BNP Paribas Securities Services will manage Euronext's shareholder register and corporate actions
Euronext has selected BNP Paribas Securities Services to manage its shareholder registers, organise its general meetings, and manage the financial services linked to its shareholding.
BNP Paribas Securities Services took part in the operational structuring of Euronext’s IPO on the regulated markets of Paris, Brussels and Amsterdam in June, and Lisbon in September
Euronext was looking for a provider able to adapt to the constraints of its multi-market shareholder structure while managing its shareholder register and corporate actions such as dividend payments.
According to Euronext, BNP Paribas Securities Services was chosen for its expertise in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Portugal, as well as its presence in each of the countries.
